We obviously want you to stay with Privateer so please contact us, and we will do everything we can to help whether that be a discount off a replacement one or guidance as to what you do next. Proof of damage or return of the damaged item may be required to qualify. Privateer Bikes is unable to cover any return transit costs that may occur.
